One-Year Warranty for Frame and Fabric

We provide a one-year limited warranty from the date of invoice for the frame and fabric of all products purchased directly from Storage Shelter Solutions. Replacement times are subject to product availability, and replacements will be shipped to you.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for warranty, please email us:

• Photo(s) taken at the time of installation to confirm correct assembly
• Current photo of the shelter
• Copy of the invoice

Your warranty will be confirmed once these are received.

Coverage

Storage Shelter Solutions covers damages that occur during shipping. Please email us at office@storagesheltersolutions.com if your product is defective, missing components, or damaged upon delivery. Depending on the issue, we will provide a replacement, repair, or ship missing parts.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

• Products purchased at auctions
• Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
• Third-party labour or installation fees
• Damage due to acts of nature (hurricanes, floods, heavy snow, etc.)
• Abuse, alteration, vandalism, misuse, or insufficient maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Fabric wear due to improper installation
• Injury to people or damage to shelter contents
